I will tell you about my home.
I live on G**** and L***** Street. I live in the % % on the 3rd floor. My room number is 308. I hear fire engines and police car's sirens all the time. If I don't hear that, well , it's still pretty noisy.
I have to admit, I like to play connect five with my dad or my mom. I beat them a lot. My dad likes to play over and over again until he wins. If I win, I run out of the door of the room and yell "I won!" If my dad loses, he always says "I didn't see." And I would prance out of the room.
My favorite parts of my home is the living room and my room (which is my desk at home). My dad likes to watch television and play ping-pang ball, and get coupons. Okay, back to talking about my desk. My desk is a shade of dark brown. It has four drawers. The left drawer on the top is my toy drawer. The one next to it is my private drawer. And the one under it is my backpack drawer. I put all the backpacks I don't use right now. And the one to its left is my roller skate and safety drawer.
That is all I can think of today. Bye!
Welcome to my blog. Hope you will enjoy the stories. Some of them are not finished, though.

The Book Series That I Like
My favorite book series are: A-Z Mysteries, Encyclopedia Brown books, The Secrets of Droon, Bailey School Kids, The Boxcar Children and Goosebumps.
My favorite book from the A-Z Mysteries book was The Talking T-Rex. Someone stole Jud's money he raised! I didn't read all of it. I only read to number twelve, chapter four.
I didn't read all of The Bailey School Kids except so far, my favorite one was: Sea Serpents Don't Juggle Water Ballons. Melody and Lisa think Eddie's math tutor is a sea serpent!
I don't know about The Boxcar Children and Goosebumps.
Happy Reading!
P.S.- I love to read!!!

The Soldier Meets His Horse
This is a short story about a soldier who sees a horse. Once, a soldier went inside the forest and saw a horse behind a tree. Since the soldier didn't have a horse, he decided he should get one. So he talked to the horse in a soothing voice and he and the horse galloped off.

What I Would Do If Today Was My Birthday
If today was my birthday, I would like to go to the library and check out all of the books I wanted. And, I don't even have to look for them. I imagine that they would be right there waiting for me to check them out. I would also like to have wonderful meals. Also, I would......

Halloween Poem II
It's Halloween,
Beneath the gray clouds,
There's a big crowd!
And what was the crowd doing?
My, my, they are trick-or treating!
After they finish doing tricks,
They do the eating!
Tricks,
Treats,
Oh,
Whatever!
At least,
They have a hapy Halloween!
Beneath the gray clouds,
There's a big crowd!
And what was the crowd doing?
My, my, they are trick-or treating!

The Abby and the Twenty-six Witches ---- a Story Retold
Once upon a time, on clear full moons, twenty-six witches flew on their brooms gliding high over the village making horrible sounds. The village people wanted to see the full moon, but they couldn't, and they hid under their beds. But, on rainy full moons, the witches did not come.
One night, an old woman and her husband couldn't stand it, suffering under their beds. They went to see the Abby. The old woman told the Abby, "Can you get rid of the witches?" The Abby nodded his head and replied, "I'll try."
The Abby held a meeting of the village. He thought for a moment and asked for twenty-five of the bravest men in the village to get their white robes and keep them in a tight clay pot, and wear some rain coats on October 31st.
When October 31st came, the Abby met the men at the entrance of the mountains. They all wore black raincoats and they carried their clay pots with their robes inside. The Abby and the brave men hiked up and down mountains and hills but they finally got to the witches' cave. (Some say the Abby looked scared in the front.)
The Abby and the twenty-five men heard wicked laughter from inside the cave. Many men shivered. The Abby explained he would go in first and if he whistled once, they will put on the white robes in the clay pots. If he whistled twice, that means they run into the room and grab a witch and dance.
The Abby set his plan to work. He walked into the cave wearing his dry, white robe. One of the witches asked, "Are you a witch?" The Abby said, as he tried to sound like a witch, "Yes, I am!" Another witch asked, "how did you get here without getting wet?" "I walked between the raindrops!" he announced, "and I will make twenty-six men, including me, dance with you." He whistled once, and whistled twice, and twenty-five men ran into the room in their white robes and grabbed a witch and the Abby grabbed a witch himself.
They all danced for a while and the witches cried out, "I haven't danced in twenty-six years!" Then they had a big feast. The Abby and twenty-five men announced, "We will teach you how to dance between the raindrops," and they all grabbed a witch again and led them outside the cave. The Abby and the men let go of the witches and they began to shrink. "You tricked us!" the witches shrieked. And the witches were never heard from again.
Now on full moon nights, people can go out and enjoy the Moon.

Once I saw three ghosts sitting on posts,
Eating buttered toasts,
Dripping down their chins,
Getting sticky on their fins,
Sticky,
Sticky,
Sticky,
Sticky,
What slobs!

Silly Story
One day, while Sherlock Holmes was chasing a robber, he accidentally crashed into our classroom. He investigated and then he explained silly things about crime. Finally, my teacher made him go outside and go back to his agent office.
When Sherlock Holmes went back, his partner Dr. Watson was waiting for him. Dr. Watson said, "You have a cold, Sir." So Sherlock Holmes stayed in bed for the rest of the week!

If I Had a Million Dollars
If I had a million dollars, I could buy a lot of stuff if I wanted to, but I would save it instead.
If I wanted to buy stuff, I would take ten dollars and use it for my book fair money. If I didn't want to do that, I would go and buy ten great chapter books with twenty-seven dollars.
Or, I could buy a pair of ice-skates for ice-skating, or I could buy a detective halloween costume with thirty dollars. Or I could buy a box of legos for fifty-two bucks! Or I could buy a emerald diamond ring for my mom. And I could buy a cell phone for six thousand and fifty bucks!
That's all I could think of for now.

Crab Fishing
It was a sunday morning. I got up late but I was going to catch crabs with my mom and dad and my grandmother.
We caught for about twenty-eight crabs. Our ice box was nearly filled up! We had to catch crabs that was longer than 4 inches plus or 4 inches.
Each net, we catch nothing, or one or two right sized crabs and plenty of small crabs. Some were really yummy but we couldn't catch it. It was against the law.
(Now I have to eat dinner. Bye-bye!)
(Hi again! I finished the best meal I had in two months. I'm going back from talking about my first crab catching adventure.)
To pull up the rope attached to the net, you have to pull it up quickly. Or else the crabs inside the net will escape. When we take out some crabs from inside of the net, we have to use oven mitts because if you don't, the crabs sometimes will pinch you. I put two crabs in the ice box and it didn't pinch me! Oh yeah!
I forgot to tell you guys how you throw the net back down again. Make sure the end of the rope is tightly tied to something. And then grab both ends of your net and throw it into the water but try to make it spin a little bit. But don't throw it too far because if you do, the net won't reach the bottom and the crabs couldn't get in.
When we got back home, we planned to eat the crabs. My dad was washing the crabs. When he was about to kill one, the crab pinched him on the third finger. He got one of those tiny bandaids to put on his finger. We had a great dinner. I ate the biggest crabs. My dad ate the crab who bit him. I guess he got revenge.

Halloween
It's almost Halloween! It's just sixteen days till Halloween. I'm gonna be a detective for Halloween and my friend Lucy is gonna be a vampire.I'd go and investigate her to see if, she stole anything. Just kidding!
I would need lots of dark clothes to be a detective. Dark everything! I would also need a magnifying glass. Plus, a notebook with a pencil. Oh, yeah! I would also need a badge. I'm not gonna try to look suspicious. That's all I could think of.
Happy Halloween!

My favorite book serie is A to Z Mysteries written by Ron Roy. The A to Z Mysteries are really fun to read. They are fun and exciting. I read most of them. Yesterday, I checked out twenty two books. I read all the A to Z Mysteries I checked out. My favorite one was The Empty Envelope because Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose found a really valuable upsie down Jenny stamp. It costs for five thousand dollars!!! Otto Bird stole it from Clementine, a famous painter from New ?York. Otto B. tried to mail it to Doris Duncan but he mailed it to Dink. Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose found the Jenny Stamp under three sunflower stamps. At the end of the story, Otto B. and Doris D. got put to jail.

Day 6, Lake Tahoe, Califronia
I am now back in Lake Tahoe, California. I'm in the Highland Inn.
Before I came back here, I was in Salt Lake City, Utah. I figured out how it got its name. When on the highway, I saw patches of white, sparkly salt dried from lakes. I also saw the factory that makes the Morton salt.
I'll bet that the Morton salt that we eat and pour on our food came from there. My mom told me that she thinks that that's the use. They dry out lakes near the factory, but I don't think so. I think that the factory guys can't really control it because I think the sun's shine makes 'em dry 'cause it's hot there.
We all got off at a rest station. It still had salt all over it. But, it was better than the salt we touched last time, My dad and I saw a land sail-boat driving through the great whit land of salt. My dad took a few pictures. And then I walked in the salt with my grandmother. After that, my grandmother sprayed the ground with a hose.
The I put my feet in it. It'll clean my feet before we get into our Idaho license plate rental car that my dad rented. Before that, I licked the salt. It tasted salty. But, guess what, I've got to go.

Day 5 Salt Lake City, Utah
I am in Salt Lake City, Utah again. Before I came back, we went to another national park.
But first we have to cross Yellow Stone Park to get there. We saw bisons crossing the street agian. Those bisons looked like, well, buffalos. They had hair on them on the front side of their bodies. The back side of their bodies are like shaved off. There were little bisons too. Two were chewing on an old tree trunk.
After we left the bisons, not after a while, we got to a place called "Jenny Lake". We had lunch there on a picnic table. After lunch, we went hiking. My mom found a stick for me to use, like a hiking stick.
When we got to the pond, we took lots of pictures and shooted lots of videos. My grandmother and I compared throwing rocks into the pond to see who threw the furthest. It was like a tie. Everyone who came with us washed our hands in the clean water.
My dad went away with the video camera to shoot videosl of the waterfall, but instead of getting the waterfall in, he got a picture of a bear climbing on the mountains!
While I was playing by the water and my grandfather was sliding a stick against a big, gray rock, a little wave from the lake came upon the shore, I quickly climbed on the rocks back to the shore. My grandfather gave the stick for me to use as a hiking stick.
When I went back to the path to the parking lot, I went to the bathroom. I met my dad coming out from the men's bathroom. My mom brough me, my grandmother and herself ice-cream. I got a M-n-M one. My mom got a strawberry shortcake one and grandmother got a drumstick popsicle.
But I gotta go!!!

Day 4 West Yellow Stone, Montana
Hi! I'm still in the same hotel and place as yesterday, you remember? Well, as I said yesterday, I was gonna go to the Old Faithful. Everyone else calls it the "the Old Faithful", but I call it "the Old Playful". The Old Playful I mean the Old Faithful. The Old Faithful can go higher than a small mountain!!! Actually, many can. I also admit that many can be higher than two trees. Today, not very long after noon, I watched the Old Playful I mean Faithful explode, I saw a spring called "Chinese Spring". I think it should be called "Chinese Pot" instead of "Chinese Spring" because it bubbling inside the hold and there's a small hole for the handle.
Before we were about to go back to the huge inn, it snowed!!! The road was covered with snow and so were the car's windows. After we got a little further away from the top of the mountain, it didn't snow anymore. But some of the snow fell from the Idaho car we rented.
When we got back to the inn, we had pizza for dinner! But, now bye!!
